We want every Emilie Copenhagen experience to be special. If this product does not meet your expectations or causes any issues, our customer support team is ready to help. Please contact us within 15 days with your order number and a brief description of the situation, and we will quickly find the best solution for you.
How long does shipping take?
Once an order has been placed, it takes 1 - 3 business days to process the order. During the week it takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it might take a bit longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivery takes an average of 8 - 12 business days.
How can I track my product?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery at any time via our tracking page. If you need further assistance, our customer service team is always ready to help you.
How do I return my order?
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
