What do I do if I have a problem with my product?
We want every experience with Emilie Copenhagen to be special. If this product does not meet your expectations or causes issues, our customer support team is ready to assist. Contact us within 15 days with your order number and a brief description of the situation, and we will promptly find the best solution for you.
How long does shipping take?
Once an order has been placed, it takes 1 - 3 business days to process the order. During the week, it takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and delivery takes on average 8 - 12 business days.
How can I track my product?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery at any time via our tracking page. Should you need further assistance, our customer service team is always happy to help you.
How do I return my order?
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
